1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout the document unless the context requires otherwise:

Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated funds forfeited. If you have inadvertently created more than one Account, you must contact 7c999 support immediately to rectify the situation.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Any subsequent changes to your personal details must be reported to 7c999 support without delay. 7c999 accepts no liability for consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.4 Jurisdiction Restrictions

7c999 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where the use of online gambling services is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 7c999 complies with the laws of your country of residence. 7c999 reserves the right to close any Account and withhold funds where it determines that a Player has registered from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activities conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or any other person — are your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 7c999 support immediately via live chat.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

7c999 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing any withdrawal request, Players are required to submit the following documents to the satisfaction of the 7c999 verification team:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

3.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 7c999 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per calendar month to dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the Player. Players will be notified by email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7c999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT):

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and account verification status. There are no deposit processing fees charged by 7c999; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own fees, for which 7c999 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.4 Processing Times

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 7c999 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not available for immediate withdrawal. 6 Gameplay & Betting Rules

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 7c999 and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering an Account under a false identity, using another person's personal information, or impersonating any individual or entity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, automated systems, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using 7c999 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Registering or accessing an Account from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or any other technology designed to conceal your true location.

8 Responsible Gaming

In any event, 7c999's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7c999 support via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be either satisfied or the bonus funds forfeited. Real-money balances remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to the standard KYC process.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by 7c999

7c999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
